Controlling recruitment costs to ensure supporting the business&#8217;s bottom line while still attracting top talent. He\/she will work closely with business leaders (Operations and Freight Forwarding and others) to drive people strategies that support our fast-paced and high-growth environment, ensuring operational continuity, and driving a high-performance culture in a dynamic, often labor-intensive environment.
