CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH SITTHI LOGISTICS (STL)

• Position Title: Freight Operating Executive
• Division: Freight Forwarding Department
• Report to: Freight Operating Supervisor
• Location: Sitthi Logistics Lao Co., Ltd, Vientiane Capital
• Business group: Logistics – STL

Job purpose:

The Freight Operating Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating daily freight operations, including import and export land shipments, to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient cargo movement. This role involves handling shipment bookings, documentation, and customs clearance while maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Freight Operating Executive plays a key role in resolving shipment issues, maintaining operational accuracy, and supporting strong vendor relationships to uphold service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end freight operations (import/export) land shipments
• Handle daily shipment bookings, scheduling, and documentation
• Communicate with clients and the customs team to ensure smooth cargo movement
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping and customs clearance documents
• Resolve shipment issues, including delays and damages, and provide timely updates.

• Assist in maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in freight coordination or transportation operations
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors and external customers
• Ability to handle sensitive cargo and time-critical shipments with efficiency
• Ability to multitask, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Experience in developing and managing backup plans and contingency logistics strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English (additional language skills can be a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
