CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH SITTHI LOGISTICS (STL)
- Position Title: Senior HRBP Supervisor
- Division: Human Resource & Admin Department
- Report to: Human Resource Manager
- Location: Sitthi Logistics, Vientiane Capital
- Business group: Logistics – STL
Job purpose:
Senior HRBP Supervisor will provide expert HR guidance to support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management and organizational development. Controlling recruitment costs to ensure supporting the business’s bottom line while still attracting top talent. He/she will work closely with business leaders (Operations and Freight Forwarding and others) to drive people strategies that support our fast-paced and high-growth environment, ensuring operational continuity, and driving a high-performance culture in a dynamic, often labor-intensive environment. Supporting in tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the Operations to support the business by improving efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance and reduce turnover.
- Manage or support key HR projects such as restructuring, acquisitions, or HR system rollouts.
- Developing tools and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the HR department and supporting other departments involves creating structured, repeatable processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Advise managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with Lao Labor Law and company policies.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, culture development, and change management.
- Support end-to-end talent management including workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and retention.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with SOD Department (e.g., Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) to deliver best HR services.
- Design, implement, and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits.
- Support leadership development and coaching for mid-level and frontline managers in warehouse, operations, transportation, and Freight Forwarding and other functions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or HR certification.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and best practices in employee relations.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
