Position Title: Human Resource Management Supervisor
Division: Human Resource & Admin Department
Report to: Human Resource Manager
Location: Sitthi Logistics, Vientiane Capital
Business group: Logistics- STL

Job Purpose:

Human Resource Management Supervisor will be responsible for managing STL Company’s recruitment activities including creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. Apply knowledge of labor legislation and enforce company’s policies and compliances to ensure organization culture, and performance at best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process at non-high-level positions to ensure timely process thru interviews, preparing employment contract.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Plan and assist in organizing in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Monitor and track with team on maintaining personnel records and ensuring that all employee files contain current contracts, CVs, educational certificates, job descriptions personal details, identification, probation assessments, any disciplinary measures, termination letters where applicable.
  • Ensure effective communication and guidance to employees and management in regard to HR policies and practices and relevant employment law.
  • Process tracking of Leaves, timesheet and report by monthly requirement.
  • Manage and execute in HR Projects; and other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/ human resources or related field.
  • Proven work experiences of at least 3 years in HR functions
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Good computer skills (MS office).
  • Solid communication skill in both Lao and English.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
